“Courageous Caerphilly mum, Diane Evans, who battled hard against a deadly brain tumour lost her fight for life.
Diane,42, died peacefully in the early hours of March 23, with her parents at her side.
Diane had a cancerous tumour embedded deep in the thalmus part of her brain, which was diagnosed in March 2000.
Her plight was brought to the attention of Campaign in June last year when friends and neighbours set up a special appeal fund to send her on a dream holiday with son Calvin”
